Ascend Counseling accepts money orders. We do not accept personal checks. We accept credit card payment through our website via Paypal. We accept cash payments the day of the program to the program facilitators. Full payment must be made before you can attend a program.

 

Credit Card Payments

We utilize PayPal to process our credit card payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card. We only accept credit card payment through our secured online payment system. We will not process over the telephone or the day of the class. In order to pay with credit card please fill out the online class submission form (even if you have already signed up for the class). Click on the “Sign up for a class” link from the menu. Please fill out the form. Once you hit submit you will be directed to our online credit card payment page. There is a credit card processing fee of 3%.

 

Program Costs & Re-registration & Cancellation Fees

Drug & Alcohol Treatment Education Program (D.A.T.E.) – $120

Substance Abuse Assessments – $250 (Offered in the office or through telehealth)

Secretary of State Drivers Restoration Assessment – $450

If you pay for a program but then decide to cancel or take a program at a different agency – there will be a 50% refund.  If you sign up for a program but cancel or no-show for the program there will be a $10 rescheduling fee.
